My blogger friend Ginger asked me if I fancy to team up with her for a Collaboween series of Halloween inspired posts on her blog A Ginger Blondie. Course I do, because this is a great opportunity to spread some blogger's love and to tell you about Ginger's lifestyle blog. She has only just started but her easy writing style make her posts very engaging and I wish her all the best in her aspiring blogging career.
|Collaboween Is Here|

To get me into the Halloween mood, I carved a pumpkin yesterday and I thought it'll be fun to contribute a nail polish post for Collaboween. Benecos kindly send me their Mighty Orange earlier this year (it was my summer trend colour 2014) and this is a fab opportunity to use it again. There's no better colour than an energetic orange to represent the pumpkin and to team it up with black for the spooky and scary atmosphere of Halloween.
This is the first time I've done some nail art. Usually I only paint my nails in one colour but this time, I gave it a try to get some Halloween symbols on my nails. Erm, as you can see it hasn't really worked out that well but maybe you can have a guess what the symbols are meant to be.

Benecos is a German beauty brand and won a prestigious Öko-Test logo. All their nail polishes are vegan, meaning they are without any formaldehydes, toluene, camphor, phthalates and colophony. I love this intense colour so much as it doesn't chip, it dries quickly within a few minutes, it doesn't smell at all and the finish is super glossy.
My nail art looks a bit clumsy and childish but at least I had some good fun. Let me know what you think of it.
